This fast and efficient pail filling line features; Ideal Pase’s; NEW Dual Stack Pail Denester, 4 Head Net-Weight POP Style Filling Machine, NEW Metal Pail Lid Placer with Auto Orientation for crimp-style lids and a Custom Designed 4-UP Crimping Station. 

All tied together via motorized conveyor with all necessary pail sensors and pail stops. An innovative pail handle guide installed from the denester’s output until the fill zone – ensures the pail handles maintain proper orientation prior to auto placement of the spouted lids. An Allen Bradley PLC and Large 12-inch Allen Bradley Color HMI Pedestal allows for total control of this filling line including; filling recipe generation, recipe storage, filling line productivity tracking and filling line trouble shooting. All hazardous mechanical areas are shielded with robust covers and doors with integrated safety locks and appropriate EMO switches.
